INGREDIENTS

1 8 ounce pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c Milk
4 ts Drained horseradish
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Diced green pepper
1/2 c Finely chopped dried beef
1 ts Minced onion
1 lg Head iceberg lettuce
1/4 c Pitted ripe olives,slivered

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat cream cheese, milk, horseradish and salt in small bowl with electric
mixer at medium speed until well mixed.  Beat in green pepper, dried beef
and onion at low speed.  Cut lettuce into 4 wedges; arrange on platter.
Spoon dressing over lettuce; garnish with olives. Yield 4 servings. Typed
