INSTRUCTIONS
Cook onion, and garlic clove in vegetable oil over medium heat until
golden. Mix skim milk, chicken broth, flour, salt and pepper; stir
into onion mixture until thickened. Stir in cheese. After pasta has
cooked 9 minutes add broccoli to cooking water. Typed by Ethel Snyder
