INGREDIENTS

12 oz Milk, canned skim
1/4 c Flour
1 1/4 c Stock, chicken
1/2 c Cheese, Parmesan, grated
1/8 ts Pepper, black

INSTRUCTIONS

Gradually blend milk into flour; stir in broth.  Cook over medium heat,
stirring constantly, until hot. Blend in cheese and pepper.
