INGREDIENTS

1/4 lb Firm regular tofu; patted dry,
; crumbled
1/3 c Firm silken tofu; patted dry,
; crumbled
1 1/2 tb Fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 ts Tamari soy sauce
1/2 ts Nutritional yeast flakes

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until completely
smooth.
Store in the refrigerator.
