INGREDIENTS

1		290 gram pac JS Pizza Base mix
1		300 gram tub fresh tomato sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 220 C, 425 F, Gas Mark 7.
Make up the pizza base following the pack instructions.
Divide the mixture into 6 equal balls and roll them out into 12cm (5 inch)
circles, then place on a generously greased baking tray.
Cover each base with 1 heaped tablespoon of tomato sauce and arrange the
courgettes, cooked chicken, pepperoni and 2 quarters of the fresh tomatoes
as desired.
Sprinkle with the oregano, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper
and cover with the grated mozzarella.
Leave to stand for 10 minutes before placing on the top shelf of the oven
for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is brown.
Rest for 2 minutes before eating.
