INGREDIENTS
| 1/2 | c | Fresh squeezed lime juice; (4 limes) |
| 2 | tb | Tequila |
| 1 | Clove garlic; minced | |
| 3/4 | ts | TABASCO Pepper Sauce |
| 1/4 | c | Chopped fresh coriander |
| L/2 c olive oil | ||
| Salt and pepper to taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
In small bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Gradually add olive oil and stir after each addition. Use as marinade for fish and shellfish. Drizzle over grilled fish before serving.
