INGREDIENTS

3 T Juice from one lime
1 1/2 t Minced or grated ginger
1 t Dried coriander seeds
Crushed
1/4 t Crushed red pepper flakes
1 T Vietnamese fish sauce
nuoc mam
1 T Chopped fresh basil
1 T Chopped fresh cilantro
1/3 c Canola oil
Salt and ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix first 3 ingredients in small bowl; let stand for 15 minutes.  Whisk
in next 4 ingredients, then the oil. Season to taste with sale  and
pepper. Let stand for 1 hour before serving.
