INSTRUCTIONS
Combine crumbs, sugar, pecans, melted butter. Press firmly onto bottom
and sides of an 8 or 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10
minutes. Cool. Beat egg yolks. Add lime juice and rind, Eaglebrand
milk and food color. Mix well at medium speed; pour into pie shell and
chill. Whip cream. Sweeten to taste with powdered sugar. Spread on pie
