Dairy Swiss 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

6 oz Linguine
2 T Butter
1/4 c Chopped onion
1 T Flour
1/4 t Salt
1 385 mL Carnation 2% E.
Milk
1/3 c Water
1 c Shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c Shredded Swiss cheese
1 175 g sliced cooked ham
1 c Chopped cooked broccoli

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook linguine according the package directions. Drain. Keep warm. Melt
butter in med. saucepan. Sauté onion until tender. Blend in flour and
salt. Gradually stir in E. Milk and water. cook and stir over med.
heat until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Remove from heat.  Add
cheeses; stir until melted. Sliver ham. Add ham and broccoli to  pan;
heat through. Add linguine; toss to combine. Makes 4 servings.  Posted
