INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Olive oil
4 Garlic cloves – minced
2 cn (6 1/2 oz) minced clams
1 c Parsley, chopped
1/4 ts Red pepper flakes
12 Clams
1/2 c Water
1/2 c White wine
1 Garlic clove
1 lb Linguine
Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Directions: In a large saut. pan, heat the oil. Saut. the garlic until
golden. Add the minced clams, parsley and pepper flakes. Simmer for 3
minutes. In a separate pan, place the whole clams, water, wine and garlic
clove. Over high heat, bring to a simmer, cover and steam clams until they
open. Cook the pasta. Add the linguine to the clam and parsley mixture.
Toss well. Garnish with the whole steamed clams.
