INGREDIENTS

4 lg Onions, diced
3 Garlic cloves, minced
2 lg Cans plum tomatoes, pureed
1/4 ts Pepper
3 tb Olive oil
1/4 lb Prosciutto, diced
8 oz Tomato sauce
1 tb Dried basil
1/4 ts Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute onions with garlic in olive oil for about 5 minutes. Add prosciutto
and cook a few minutes longer. Add tomato sauce and simmer for about 3-4
minutes. Add pureed plum tomatoes, salt, and pepper and simmer for 1 hour.
Serve over linguine.
