Butter pecan cake mix |
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 350. Mix pecans, brown sugar, butter and corn syrup in a small
bowl. Spread onto bottom of ungreased 9X13" pan. Make cake as per box
directions and pour over pecan mixture. Bake as directed on package. Run
knife around edges to loosen, immediately invert onto serving pan. Leave
pan over cake for 5 minutes, then remove. Serve warm or cold.
NOTES : May substitute butter recipe yellow cake mix if you can't find
pecan. Nice with cinnamon whipped cream. Just add a teaspoon of cinnamon to
a container of cool whip.
