Frying chickens; skin removed, cut up |
INSTRUCTIONS
Prep: 15 min, Marinate: 20 min, Cook: 40 min.
Combine all ingredients, except chicken, in a bowl. Place chicken in a
shallow dish. Pour salad dressing mixture over. Cover and marinate in
refrigerator at least 20 minutes. Prepare grill (medium coals). Remove
chicken from marinade, reserving marinade. Arrange on grill over coals.
Cover and cook 20 minutes, turning after 10 minutes. Brush with marinade.
Continue grilling 15-20 minutes or until cooked through, turning
occasionally
