INGREDIENTS

Cooked spaghetti for 4
1/2 c Soy sauce
1/2 c Sliced carrots
1/2 c Sliced celery
1/2 c Sliced mushrooms
1/2 c Sliced onions
1/2 c Sliced water chestnuts

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir-fry vegetables in small amount oil; set aside. Stir-fry cooked dry
noodles in oil until slightly browned. Stir in vegetables and soy sauce to
taste. Wonderful vegetarian dish, but a cup of stir-fried chicken or shrimp
can be added.
