Ingredients: 1 1/2 c Lobster meat; 1 c Milk; 1 c Soft bread crumbs; 1 Egg; well-beaten; 1/2 ts Dry mustard; 2 tb Butter; 1 tb Lemon juice; Crushed cornflakes

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a baking dish and top with crushed cornflakes.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour.
