INSTRUCTIONS
Directions: Cook the bacon in a medium skillet until crisp and drain on a
paper towel. In the same skillet, fry the eggs, punching a hole into the
center of the yolk. Sprinkle Tabasco onto the eggs and place a slice of
cheese on top and let melt. Toast the muffins and spread half of the
mayonnaise and mustard onto each side. Place egg on one side and top with
lettuce and tomato, and the other half of the muffin.
