INSTRUCTIONS
Sprinkle steak with tenderizer. Marinate steak for 3-4 hours at room
temperature in soy sauce, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, black pepper, garlic
powder, onion powder, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Grioll or broil
to desired doneness. Cut into strips on the bias. MC formatting by
