INGREDIENTS
| 1 | lb | Hot sausage |
| 2 | 4 oz cans chopped green chiles | |
| 1 | lb | Shredded longhorn cheese |
| 1 | lb | Shredded monterey jack cheese |
| 9 | lg | Eggs; beaten |
| 1 | c | Milk |
| 2 | tb | All-purpose flour |
| Paprika; for garnish |
INSTRUCTIONS
Brown sausage in a skillet; drain well. In a 9x13-inch baking pan, layer sausage with cheeses and chiles. Combine eggs, milk and flour in a blender container or food processor and blend well.
