INGREDIENTS

2 Chicken breasts; halved and skinned
3 tb Lemon juice
1/4 ts Pepper
1/2 ts Poultry seasoning
2 ts Paprika
2 tb Worcestershire sauce
10 dr Tabasco
1/4 c Water
4 Artichoke hearts
Parmesan cheese
Paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

Place chicken breasts, meat side up, in a 9 inch square pan. Mix these
ingredients and pour over chicken: lemon juice, pepper, poultry seasoning,
paprika, Worcestershire, Tabasco and water. Cut artichoke hearts in half
and place 2 halves on each breast. Coat well with Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle
a light coating of paprika on chicken. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1
hour, uncovered. Calories 146 per serving. Yield: 4 servings.
