INSTRUCTIONS
WET MIX
DRY MIX
Preheat oven to 375°F, prepare pans. Combine wet mix ingredients & mix
well. Add the dry mix to the wet mix until just combined. Spoon into pans &
bake for 20-25 mins. Makes 20 muffins. Watching your cholesterol isn't at
all difficult when you can make muffins like this to have with a cup of
tea.
