INGREDIENTS

3/4 c Italian tomato paste
1/4 c Olive oil
4 ts Parsley; chopped finely
1 ts Garlic; minced
Pepper to taste
2 tb Grated parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients except cheese in serving bowl. Very important to mix
with a fork. Cook pasta of your choic, al dente. Drain, but do not rinse.
Pour sauce over and mix. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
