INSTRUCTIONS
from: Reader's Digest May 1996 In medium bowl combine oil, vinegar,
suger and cumin. Add beats and onion, toss gently to coat. Cover,
chill to blend flavors. With slotted spoon, remove beets and onion
from marinade. Arrange with oranges on lettuce-lined platter. Drizzle
with 3 Tablespoons marinade. note: I like to use drained mandarin
oranges and use some of the juice to sprinkle over all. Posted to
