INSTRUCTIONS
PREHEAT OVEN TO 375
13"X9"PAN,GREASED,FOIL LINED
In a glass bowl, combine brown sugar, butter and corn syrup. Microwave at
High 2 minutes; stir until smooth. Microwave 1 minute more or until sugar
dissolves and mixture comes to a full boil.
Stir in rolled oats, flour and raisins. In a small bowl, beat egg with
vanilla. Stir into rolled-oats mixture.
Spread evenly in prepared pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden
around edges. Let cool 10 minutes in pan. Lift out foil; cut into 3 by 1
1 1/2 inch bars. Transfer to a rack to complete cooking. Yield: 24 bars
