INGREDIENTS

1 Dark red kidney beans, 15
oz. rinsed and
Drained
1/4 c Minced onion, chopped celery
and
Chopped green pepper
1 1/2 T White wine vinegar and oil
3/4 t Chili powder
1/4 t Salt, 1/4 to 1/2

INSTRUCTIONS

Core and dice pear. Combine with beans, onion, celery and green
pepper; mix well. Combine remaining ingredients; stir into pear-bean
mixture. Chill.  Always be sure to use ripe pears.  Per serving: 5
