Sami Lu’s recipe, To post, Onions, Salsas 8 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Red onion; finely chopped
1 md Tomato; finely chopped
4 Green onions; chopped
4 Cloves garlic; minced
1/4 c Lemon juice
2 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Balsamic vinegar
1 tb Olive oil
1 ts Soy sauce
1/4 ts Cayenne
Tortilla chips

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients except tortilla chips iin a glass or plastic bowl.
Cover and refridgerate at least 3 hours but not longer than 2 days. Makes
about 2 cups of salsa
Per 1/4 cup of Salsa: 57 Calories, 1.9 g of fat, 2.6g dietary fibre, 26.7%
