INGREDIENTS

1 lg Tin tomato soup
1 Dsp sour cream
1 c Cubed white bread
Parsley to garnish
2 Rashers crispy bacon
2 oz Butter
Black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Open the tin of tomato soup and pour into a saucepan.
Melt half the butter in a frying pan with the bacon lardons and the bread
cubes. Add the remaining butter to the tomato soup and season with black
pepper.
Ladle the soup into a bowl and add the croutons and bacon on top, adding a
spoon of sour cream. Garnish with fresh parsley.
