"M&M's" Chocolate Mini Baking Bits |
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350° F. In large bowl with electric mixer, cream butter
vegetable shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and banana;
blending well. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg; blend
into creamed mixture. Blend in oats and nuts. By hand, stir in "M&M's"r
Chocolate Mini Baking Bits. Drop by tablespoonfuls about 2-inches apart on
ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes just until set. Do not over
bake. Cool 1 minute before removing to wire rack; cool completely. Store in
tightly covered container. MAKES ABOUT 3 DOZEN COOKIES.
