INGREDIENTS

1 Mahi-mahi fillet, 2 lb
1 8 oz Pina Colada yogurt
1/2 t Salt
1 T Butter
1 c 3 1/2 oz Macadamia nuts

INSTRUCTIONS

Place mahi-mahi in bag. Add yogurt & mix thoroughly to coat.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Arrange mahi-mahi in baking
pan. Sprinkle with salt. Bake in 350 oven for 25 minutes. Remove to
serving platter; sprinkle with toasted nuts & serve.  File
