From _Hawaii's Recipes_ published by JANAJAC: Melt butter over low heat.
Add sugar and blend. Add egg, flour, and vanilla and mix well. Stir in
nuts. Drop 1 tsp batter on well-greased cookie sheet, 3 inches apart. Bake
at 350F for about 8 minutes. Let cool 2 or 3 minutes and remove to a
cooling rack. These will be very thin and crispy. The nut will tend to
collect in the center, so do not over bake. Yield: 4 dozen.
