INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Pan drippings from turkey roasting pan
1/2 c Chopped onions
3/4 c Chopped celery
4 c Dry bread cubes
1/2 c Chopped macadamia nuts
1/2 c Or to taste frsh diced ripe pineapple (omit if you dont want it)
1 c Turkey stock (chicken is fine too)
2 Eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Poultry seasoning to taste (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute onions and celery crisp tender in the turkey drippings.Stir in bread
cubes, nuts and pineapple. Pour on warm stock and eggs.Season to
taste.Place in casserole and cover and bake in moderate oven till well
heated .Serve along with the turkey.Serves 6
