INGREDIENTS

1 c Macaroni, elbow
1/2 c Milk
1/2 lb Cheese, grated
Salt
Black pepper, ground
Bread crumbs

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil macaroni in salted water until tender. Drain and rinse with hot
water. Place in casserole dish. In a saucepan, heat milk and cheese
until the cheese is melted. Add seasonings and pour over macaroni in
casserole dish. Mix with a fork, cover with crumbs and bake in
moderate oven, 350F, for 15 minutes.  Adapted from "The American
