Salt and pepper to taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
CREAM SAUCE
Over low heat, melt butter and blend in flour. Gradually add milk and stir
until thick and smooth. Add heavy cream and then salt and pepper to taste.
In casserole dish, layer macaroni, cheese and cream sauce in layers. End
with cheese on top. Top with bread crumbs, if desired. Bake at 375 degrees
for 30 minutes.
