INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Elbow macaroni, cooked (unsalted, drained, cooled to room temp.)
1/2 c Process American cheese (cut in small pieces)
1/3 c Celery, sliced
2 tb Onion, chopped
2 tb Salad dressing mayonnaise-type
2 ts Vinegar
1/8 ts Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

2 servings of 1 cup each 270 calories per serving
1. Mix macaroni, cheese, celery, and onion.
2. Mix salad dressing, vinegar, and pepper thoroughly.
Stir into macaroni mixture.
