INGREDIENTS

2 tb Shortening
1 lg Onion, diced
1 1/2 qt Tomato juice
1 lb Hot dogs, cut up
1 Beef bouillon cube
1 pk (1 lb) macaroni

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute onions and shortening together until onion is clear, add diced
hotdogs. Add tomato juice and bouillon cube; simmer while macaroni cooks.
Cook macaroni until done; drain, add to tomato juice and hot dogs. Makes
large iron skillet full.
This came from Donna Partigianoni in Leesville, LA - Donna it sounds yummy,
can't wait to try it myself.
