INSTRUCTIONS

Mix the macaroni, celery, bell peppers and onion in a large bowl. Whisk
together the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper to make a
smooth dressing. Pour dressing over the vegetables, mix well and
refrigerate. Makes about 5 cups.
