INSTRUCTIONS
FOR 1 1/2 LOAF
Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and
process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's
directions.
This bread has nice nutty flavor, thanks to the flax seeds. It is good
enough to be eaten plain, but sometimes I make a banana sandwich: slice a
banana leghtwise, place on a slice of bread, sprikle some cinnamon and
place anothor slice of bread on top. Great with a nice cup of coffee or
tea!
