INGREDIENTS

1 lb Frozen cod fillets; (or other mild fish)
2 Eggs
2 tb Mayonaise; (lite is fine)
1 Skwirt of mustard
1 ts Worchestire sauce
1 Squeeze of lemon juice
1 ts Lemon pepper
4 tb Matzoh meal

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil the fish until it flakes. Mix everything together and put into loaf
pan. Bake covered at 350 50 to 60 minutes. (Slightly less if you will be
reheating it.
