INSTRUCTIONS
Cream sugar and butter together. Add egg, bananas and sour cream; mix well.
Sift flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder together. Stir into banana
mixture. Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake for about 50 minutes at 375
degrees. This recipe lends itself well to doubling! Me ke aloha, Mary
