INGREDIENTS
1 | Lemon, chopped | |
1 | pt | Tomatoes, fresj or canned |
2 | c | Diced apples |
3 | c | Sugar |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook lemon until tender in a small amount of water. Add remaining ingredients and boil mixture until thick and clear. Cool slightly, pour into sterile jars and seal. Makes about 2 pints. From: Kathryn Cone Date: 06-01-95
