INGREDIENTS

1 Mango; chopped
2 Peaches
160 ml Greek yoghurt; (6fl oz)
2 ts Honey
2 ts Wheatgerm; (from health food
; shop or chemist)
160 ml Milk; (6fl oz)

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash the fruits and remove the stones. Using a juice extractor, process the
peaches down. Then pour the juiced peaches into a blender with the chopped
mango, yoghurt, honey, wheatgerm and milk. Blend thoroughly and then serve
with crushed ice.
