INGREDIENTS

1 Container (16oz) of fat free yoghurt
1/4 ts Cardamon
2 Ripe mangoes-cut int 2" chunks
1/8 c Sugar
1 tb Fresh lemon juice
1 tb Freshly grated ginger
Raspberries and sliced mango for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Place yoghurt in cheesecloth and let drain into bowl.Take this drained
yoghurt and mix with remaining ingredients. Chill for about 2 hours.Garnish
with raspberries and mango slices. Serves 4 generously.
