INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a medium bowl, combine the mango, green onion, jalapeno, lime juice,
honey, and salt and pepper to taste.
2. Let sit at least 1/2 hour at room temperature to allow the flavors to
meld.
3. Add cilantro just before serving.
