INGREDIENTS

Mangos; peeled, pitted, and cut into 1/4 inch cubes |

Serrano; jalapeno or arbol chili, seeds and membranes removed, minced |

Green onions; finely sliced |

Lightly packed fresh cilantro leaves, (remove stems before measuring) coarsely chopped |

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly with a fork. If
possible, allow to sit at room temperature for 2 hours to allow flavors to
