INSTRUCTIONS
Peel the mango. This can be a little messy with a really ripe mango, so
hold it over the bowl to catch the juices. Cut the flesh into small cubes,
avoiding the fibrous area near the pit. Squeeze the juice out from this
area and add it to the cubed flesh
