Name: Maple Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients: 3/4 c Maple syrup; 2 tb Chili sauce; 2 tb Cider vinegar; 1 1/2 tb Chopped onions; 1 tb Worcestershire sauce; 1 ts Salt; 1/2 ts Dry mustard; 1/2 ts Black pepper

3/4	c	Maple syrup
2	tb	Chili sauce
2	tb	Cider vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients and brush on top of 3 pounds of beef, pork or
poultry. Baste frequently with sauce while baking.
