INSTRUCTIONS
To make the cookie/bars: Combine margarine, water and chocolate in a
sauce pan and bring to a boil, then remove from the heat... Stir in
the combined flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt... Add the eggs and
sour cream, mixing well... Pour into greased and floured 15"x10"x1"
jelly roll pan... To make the topping: Combine the Cream cheese and
sugar, mixing well until blended, then add the egg... Spoon over the
chocolate batter and then cut through the batter and topping several
times for the marbling effect... Sprinkle with the chocolate chips and
bake at 375ø for 25 to 30 min. or until a wooden pick inserted in the
center comes out clean... Cool to room temp. and serve... presented
