INSTRUCTIONS
**Purchase in spice section of market.
Make diagonal slices, not too deep in flank steak. Marinade it at least
four hours. I do it overnight. Cook over hot barbeque, turn after 4 to 5
min., and watch carefully. If you like it rare. Slice in very thin slices
