Rose's Lime Juice |
INSTRUCTIONS
Rim a a chilled cocktail glass with salt by rubbing the rim with lime and
dipping it into salt (bar or Margarita salt). Shake the ingredients with
ice in a cocktail shaker and strain into the glass. Garnish with a wedge of
lime.
For a frozen Margarita, combine the same ingredients (double or triple the
amount of Rose's Lime Juice to taste, depending on how sweet you like them)
in a blender with enopugh ice to just cover the liquid. Blend until frost
builds up on the outside of the blender (usually about 2 minutes), and
serve in a salt-rimmed Margarita glass garnished with a wedge of lime.
