INGREDIENTS

2 oz Or more top-quality gin or vodka
Dry vermouth to taste
4 Ice cubes
1 Pickled Jalapeno pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

In a cocktail shaker, combine gin or vodak, vermouth & ice cubes. (Just a
drop or two of vermouth!). Shake until thoroughly chilled. Strain into a
stemmed cocktail glass, or serve on the rocks in an old-fashioned glass.
Garnish with jalapeno. Makes 1 serving.
