INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb Ground beef; (the best)
1 sm Onion; diced
1 Egg
1 c Italian bread crumbs
1 tb Basil
Salt; pepper
2 tb Parmesan or romano cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all, roll into small meatballs and brown in a small amount of olive
oil. You can then simmer them in spaghetti sauce for at least 1 1/2 hrs. on
low heat in a covered pan. Enjoy!
